what is ACTIVE LIVING?

active living is an attitude.
it is an approach to living your best life 
& taking steps to improve yourself everyday.

if you are for ACTIVE LIVING
you take the stairs, not the lift;
you eat to live, not live to eat;
you unwind with a walk, not the remote.

you understand that life is just that, LIFE!
something to be lived, enjoyed & savoured.
active living is a cult. it is a religion.
it isn't just about exercise, 
it is a belief system that you subscribe to in life - 
for life.


had a little 'light bulb moment' while reading a lorna jane brochure (?!?) today. funny the places you find that dose of inspiration you need - just when you need it.
